| Delivery Information Delivery Times:
We aim to ship orders placed and paid for by 2.00pm Mon-Fri the sameday. Orders placed after 2.00pm or during the weekend or Bank Holidays are shipped the 'Next' Working Day. Orders shipped via 1st Class Mail should take between 1-4 working days to arrive. UK orders shipped via Courier will take 24-48 hours to arrive.
Royal Mail, Parcel Force & DPD Courier Orders are shipped using either Royal Mail 1st Class, Parcel Force or DPD Courier Services. We offer these options at the checkout for you to select.
If your order is urgent then we advise using our Next Working Day Courier Service but please check the time of your order to ensure its not after our next working day cut off slot (1.30pm). Please call or email us if you are unsure.
Order shipped via Parcel Force & DPD Courier will require a signature upon delivery and are delivered between 9.00am and 5.30pm. If for some reason there is no one available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, Parcel Force / DPD will automatically attempt to deliver the parcel the next working day. If this second delivery attempt fails then a calling card will be left and you will need to follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery.
