The service is excellent, however, the paper is very stiff and will not feed through my Deskjet or my Photosmart printers.
Unfortunately this paper is too heavy (stiff) for my HPOfficejet 6210 All-in-One printer even though I have use HP photo papers of a similar weight, but HP do not make a matt/glossy photo paper.
